Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect the information you share through this website. Last updated June 10, 2026.

The short version

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to start your child's intake. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Health-related details you share with our clinical team are handled under the stricter rules that apply to healthcare providers, separately from this website policy.

Information we collect on this site

  • Intake form submissions. When you submit our intake form, we collect what you enter: your name and contact details, your child's age, ZIP code, insurance or EIDBI status, and anything you write about your concerns. We use it to respond to you, verify coverage, and begin intake. Partial submissions may also be saved so our team can follow up if you were interrupted before finishing.
  • Direct contact. If you call, text, or email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you across conversations.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure may capture standard server logs (pages requested, timestamps, approximate region, device type) for security and uptime purposes. These logs are not used to identify you personally and are not retained longer than needed for operations.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and guide you through intake.
  • To verify insurance and EIDBI eligibility, with your knowledge.
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to healthcare providers.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as secure form processing) and where the law requires it.

Health information

Once your child becomes a client, clinical and health information is governed by healthcare privacy law and our clinical policies, which are stricter than this website policy. You will receive those privacy practices as part of intake.

Please do not enter protected health information (PHI) — such as diagnoses, treatment details, or medical records — into the forms on this website. These forms are for starting the conversation, and our systems are not intended to store detailed health records. Our team will arrange a secure, HIPAA-appropriate way to share any documentation after first contact.

Your choices

  • You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows.
  • You can contact us by phone or email instead of using the form at any time.
  • You can disable cookies in your browser; the informational pages of this site work without them.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for parents, caregivers, and professionals, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. Information about your child that you share during intake is collected from you, the parent or legal guardian, for the purpose of providing care.
